Surender “Suren” Mehta joins Nykaa as Group Chief Human Resources Officer. He has nearly 20 years of experience with Vodafone in combination of roles both here in India & Global Operations. Suren has also been a member of VOIS (Vodafone’s Global Capability centre) India board since 2017, and in his earlier years worked for ITC, as well as diversified family-run businesses. He comes to Nykaa with Leadership Experience, in different cycles of Company’s Evolution, and has a keen interest of high performance, building an inclusive culture and serving society. Suren got his MBA from IMT- Ghaziabad, and an Advanced Management Programme from Harvard Business School.
